The hotel is super close to the sea front, only just over a block away. You can easily walk to the beach in Nice and enjoy the picturesque view. there are plenty of amenities nearby, such as a bakery and a local supermarket, making it convenient for all your needs. The rooms are bright and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

The air conditioning in the hotel may not work that well, which can be a bit uncomfortable during hot weather.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for local food. The location was great, with two tram stops nearby and a bakery just around the corner. The view of the sea from our spacious apartment was mesmerizing. We also appreciated the convenience of ordering take-ins from the lobby and the decent breakfast spread. The parking was affordable and spacious enough for our large vehicle, even though it was not at the hotel.

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing! It is right on the promenade, so you can easily go for a swim in the Mediterranean. Plus, it is conveniently located right on the tram line, making it easy to travel to the airport or the shopping district. the suite we stayed in was large and had a balcony and kitchen, which was great for having breakfast and saving money. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

One downside of this hotel is that it is a bit far from the city center, about a 45-minute walk. the view from our room with the city view wasn't very pleasant, as there was a huge construction site behind the hotel.
